Benefits and usages
Glutezyme is an enzyme formula for the support of digestion of foods containing gluten. It contains the trademarked BioCore DPP-IV (dipeptidyl peptidase) digestive enzyme, a protease formulation that is stable in the acidic environment of the stomach. This helps with the breakdown of gluten peptides in food.
Some studies suggest that it can also promote a healthy cytokine balance, which supports GI comfort and function.
The Glutezyme Enzyme Blend is a broad-spectrum digestive enzyme complex.
