Benefits and usages
Germanium is a chemical element, symbol Ge, found in plants and soil. Pure Ge-132 organo-germanium is a distinct organo-germanium compound, often called germanium sesquioxide. Its molecular characteristics make it virtually unreactive in the body, and its small particle size and structure allow it to be cleared in the urine as the intact molecule.
Immune support. Germanium supports the immune system by encouraging the production of white blood cells, particularly T-cells from the thymus gland, which form the basis of cellular defence. It also activates macrophages — the white blood cells that engulf and digest harmful microorganisms — and stimulates the production of interferon.
Oxygen utilisation. Germanium supports the body’s use of oxygen, helping the efficiency of oxygen transport in the bloodstream. Better oxygen delivery to the organs supports circulation and energy levels.
Antioxidant properties. Germanium helps protect cells from damage caused by free radicals, supporting the body against oxidative stress.
Food sources. Germanium is a trace element present in small amounts in certain foods. Garlic is a rich natural source, as are shiitake mushrooms and alfalfa.

Each bottle contains 50 vegetarian capsules.
Suggested use: one capsule once or twice a day, or as directed by your health care professional.
Contraindications
Do not exceed the suggested use. High doses of germanium can reach toxic levels and cause serious harm.
