No refrigeration required. Probiotic Broad Spectrum delivers significantly higher numbers of live organisms to optimal locations in the intestines than most other probiotic supplements. The formula features 10 high-quality probiotic species for a total of 10 billion CFU per caplet.
This product features the patented BIO-tract delivery system, which facilitates probiotic survival in the stomach and provides optimal intestinal distribution. When the caplets are moistened by pepsin fluids in the stomach, a protective layer forms to shield the supplement contents from gastric acid. Once in the intestinal tract, healthy bacteria are released from the tablet core through the protective layer. This allows for a controlled release of probiotics and other ingredients throughout the small and large intestines.
FOS is added to support bacterial proliferation.
